Delivery
What are the delivery costs and timeframes?
All orders come with free delivery, and the average delivery time is 7–14 business days.
Since we ship directly from suppliers, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.
Why does my tracking number not show any updates?
Tracking information will be available once the package reaches the carrier. Please note there may be a short delay, but no longer than a few days.
Can I receive my order at my workplace?
Yes, it is possible. Before submitting your order, simply fill in your name and address. It can be your home or workplace address—just make sure the details are correct.
The estimated delivery time has passed—where is my order?
Orders are delivered on time in 99% of cases. However, sometimes delays may occur.

Returns
I am not satisfied with my order. How can I return it?
Of course, this is possible. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
As the customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending all returns with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Note – For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Why can’t underwear, masks, hygiene products, and cosmetics be returned?
Underwear, masks, and cosmetic products are considered hygiene items. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns for these items. Many other suppliers follow the same policy for these products.
I received a defective or wrong product. What should I do?
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@luvora-canberra.com and we will help you.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours and do our best to resolve the issue.
Where should I send returned products?
All returned orders must be sent to our warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. We follow this policy to reduce CO2 emissions and avoid unnecessary shipping and returns.
