Delivery Policy
If you have ordered something from Luvora Canberra, the delivery time may differ from what you are used to. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, allowing us to significantly save on storage and shipping costs. This enables us to offer highly competitive prices for our products.
After placing your order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. On working days, this usually takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
The average delivery time is 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions are valid only when clearly stated on the product page: add 2 pieces to your shopping cart, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. This is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot check for errors in each order. If the customer does not follow this process, it remains their responsibility unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Shipping Costs
For all our orders, we cover the full shipping cost. Your order will be delivered completely FREE of charge.
Delivered Orders
Luvora Canberra is not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Upon request, we will confirm delivery and provide the delivery date and tracking information so the customer can determine the cause of the issue.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible as all orders are shipped within 24 hours and your order will already be on its way. Once you receive the order, you can easily return it at any time.
